All candidates are advised to visit website daily for latest information. |

Candidates are advised to read the "Guidelines for (Round-1)" available on http://ukcounseling.nic.in
website carefully before participating in 1st round of Online-Registration/Choices
Sub-missions. |

4. |
Candidates are advised to close their WINDOW BROWSER SCREEN after completing the
work on computer so as to ensure security of their data.

5. |
Candidates participating from Cyber-Cafes/Institutes/Colleges for online registration/choices-submission
are advised NOT TO SHARE THEIR PASSWORD AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION (OMR-NO, Date
of Birth, Secret-question/answer etc) with the staff/operators, in order to maintain
the security of their data. UKTU/NIC is not responsible in-case any error is reported
in their DATA after submission. |

Candidates please note that sub-category AF is “Children of Ex-armed forces”,
FF is “Dependent wards of freedom Fighters” and PH is “Handicapped-disabled candidates”
and KM is candidates of “Kashmiri Migrant’s Family”. |

7. |
State-Quota benefit to “Other State Candidates who had passed out 10+2 from Uttarakhand”
is only available under General Category open seats. |

Counseling Schedule Related: |
|
9. |
1st round of online counseling will be held during 11th July (10:30 AM) to 17th
July'2011 (12:00 PM midnight) for online registration/Choices-Submission for all
the candidates who will deposit their counseling Fee in SBI till 15th Jul’2011. |

|
Counseling Fee Related:- |
|
10. |
Candidates are advised to deposit their counseling fee in SBI during 7th to 15th
July after downloading the Bank-Challan Form(for Round-1) from website http://ukcounseling.nic.in |
|
11. |
Counseling Fee Deposit in SBI for 1st Round will be closed on 15th Jul-2011(5:00
PM). |
|
12. |
Candidates are able to do their online registration/choice-submission one day after
(preferably during 2nd half of the day) the day of their Fee deposition in Bank.,
i.e. those who are depositing their fee on 11th can start from 12th evening onwards
and those who will deposit on 12th can start from 13th evening and so on. Last Date
of Fee submission for 1st round is 15th Jul2011. |

Registration Related:- |
|
13. |
Candidate has to type his full 9 digit Bank Transaction-ID (without any alphabet
and to pre-fix "0" (Zeros) in case it is not of 9 digits) and Transaction-date at
the time of New Registration. |
|
14. |
AIEEE Application/OMR No is 7 digits, so please add "0" in the beginning incase
it is not of 7 digits.
|
|
15. |
ALL REGISTERED CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO RE-CHECK THEIR SUBMITTED REGISTRATION DETAILS
LIKE CATEGORY, SUB-CATEGORY, SEX, DOMICILE etc through EDIT REGISTRATION OPTION
AND report at “Help-Desk Numbers” incase they found any discrepancy in it. |

16. |
Candidates please note that their user-id/login-id is their AIEEE Roll-number. |
|
17. |
Password must be of 6-13 characters, must have one special character, one upper
case character, one lower case character & one numeric value. Example- Test@123 |

18. |

Choices-Submission Related: |
|
19. |
Candidates can fill their choices though “Fill-Choices” option and after selecting
the college/branch from left screen, press Add or Add Multiple button and can set
their order of preference numbers 1,2,3,..and so on by swapping or moving their
choices up and down using arrows or other features available on the screen and then
press Save & Continue to save their filled choices. |

20. |
Candidates can fill as many choices as they want. |
|
21. |
Through Filled-Choices option, candidates can see their filled choices and also
Lock or un-Lock choices using their passwords. |
|
|
Seat allotment/Result Related: |
|
22. |
Result of 1st Round Counseling will be declared on 19th Jul-2011.
|
|
23. |
Result shall be conveyed through SMS and candidates can download their allotment
letter from the site http://ukcounseling.nic.in after login. |
|
|
Reporting by Candidates in Institutes/Colleges in 1st Round: |
|
24. |
All the candidates who will be allotted seats in 1st round are advised to Report
at respective Institute/College during 20th Jul-2011 to 26th Jul-2011 (12:00 PM
midnight), otherwise their seats will get automatically cancelled. |
|
25. |
All the Institutes/Colleges are advised to complete the process of Online Reporting
of Allotted candidates in 1st Round by 20th Jul-2011(12:00PM midnight), otherwise
all their un-reported seats will be cancelled automatically.

|
Refund of Advance Examination Fee: |
|
26. |
The process of Refund of Advance Examination Fees (5000/- or 2000/-) will start
after the end of all the rounds of counseling i.e. may be after 15/08/2011 and therefore
candidates are advised to contact Uttarakhand Technical University, Govt. Girls
Polytechnic Campus, Sudhowala after that.
